Cattle have died due to lightning, sheep have also died. Farmers are facing a twin financial crisis due to fruit fall of crops like mango, cashew and orange, which will adversely affect production. Since the farmers are in double trouble, the government should compensate the farmers by doing Panchnama for this loss.

The Deputy Chief Minister of the state, Devendra Fadnavis, while replying to the leaders of the opposition parties, said that 13 thousand 729 hectares of crops have been damaged in the state due to unseasonal rain. Fadnavis had also said that he would help the affected farmers.
