Nitin Gadkari on Gopinath Munde: Gopinath Munde was a warrior of sorts who worked with dedication for the backward classes of Maharashtra. He woke up Maharashtra by taking out the Sangharsh Yatra. Union Minister Nitin Gadkari has recalled the memories of late BJP leader Gopinath Munde and said that Munde has played a lion’s role in successfully implementing many development projects in the state. A replica statue of folk leader Gopinath Munde was inaugurated at Nandur-Shingote in Siner, Nashik. Nitin Gadkari was speaking in the program held at that time. On this occasion, he relived many memories with Gopinath Munde.

Addressing the audience on this occasion, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari said that Gopinath Munde always raised his voice on the irrigation issues of the state. He did many works to bring water to the backward areas. When I became BJP president, I bowed to only two people. One Lal Krishna Advani and the other Gopinath Munde were involved, so Nitin Gadkari has said that Gopinath Munde’s contribution to the development of the state cannot be forgotten. Pankaja Munde and Member of Parliament Pritam Munde are currently managing the property and legacy of People’s Leader Gopinath Munde. Nitin Gadkari has expressed confidence that Pankaja and Pritam will have huge success in all fields.
